City invites residents to get involved with their community
If you had the resources to fix all of the problems plaguing your neighborhood would you do it? If your answer is yes, then the City’s Extreme Sweep Program along with The Neighborhood Resource Center have an offer for you.
he two organizations invite you to attend an event that can impact your neighborhood and improve your quality life, the Extreme Sweep Program Application Workshop. The workshop will take place from 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 5 at the Cliff Morton Development & Business Services Center (DBSC), 1901 S. Alamo, 2nd floor – Training Rooms A & B.
Participants will receive key information about reporting street problems, addressing code violations, brush collection and various other subjects. The Sweeps Program staff will also provide a detail explanation of the program’s application and selection process.
