G. Diaz, San Antonio Division, announced that Gary Leland Dieterman of San Antonio was arrested this morning without incident based on a two-count indictment returned yesterday charging him with one count each of receipt and possession of child pornography.

Dieterman remains in federal custody pending a detention hearing scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, before United States Magistrate Judge John Primomo.

This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Live Oak Police Department. Assistant United States Attorney Tracy Braun is prosecuting this case on behalf of the Government.
