The District Courts Have Abolish the Right to Trial by Jury

The Sovereign De Jure Establishment of Religion Devotion Christian Ministries, has been in this battle for the last twenty years, to recover our God, ordain Sovereign Unalienable Right’s, and to recover the soil that God, ordain on to us the Citizen’s, of The Kingdom of God,.
 

The publication of this article is to awaken the Church, the body of Christ our Lord. The district courts of the County, State of Texas, and federal Courts have relinquish the right to a Court of law trial by jury to defend their property right’s, donations as gifts to the Sovereign Establishment of Religion, and we have been in the Courts to recover this first Unalienable Right’s, that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
 

Pastor Servando Avelar Alvarez, Minister Thomas Gonzales Votion, and others, are witnesses to the Facts in the Federal and State District Courts.
 

The district courts have abolish the right to trial by jury, and the elected officials of this state have violated their oath of affirmation and conspired and perjured their oath for the Constitution, for the state of Texas, 1876 and the Constitution, for the United States of America 1787 A.D. + 
 

We will have another court setting on Friday 25, 2008, at 9:00 am in Atascosa County, Texas Jourdanton, Texas 78026, for the right to be free to donate to make a gift of what ever property, or assets, and resource that a Citizen, may want to gift donate to the establishment of religion, the Church.
